Frequently asked questions

How do I qualify for a food pack?

Eligibility for a food pack is generally based on financial need. We understand that circumstances can change, so if you're struggling to make ends meet, please complete our registration form.

Is there a deadline for a weekly food pack to be ordered?

In order to prepare the food packs for Saturday collection, the form needs to be completed between Sunday 6pm and Thursday 6pm.

If we are unable to come to the collection point due to physical disability can we still order a pack?

We are unable to offer deliveries at the moment. However, we are committed to assisting all members of our community where possible. If you have physical disabilities that prevent you from coming to the collection point, please contact us via email to discuss further - .

Can I request more than one pack?

Due to high demand and limited resources, we typically offer one food pack per household as a general guideline to ensure that we can assist as many families as possible.

If you believe your household has special circumstances that require multiple food packs, then please contact us to explain your situation, and our team will review your request to determine if additional assistance can be provided.

How often can I request a food pack?

We offer food packs on a weekly basis, which must be requested each week by completing the form on the website between Sunday 6pm until Thursday 6pm for collection for that Saturday.
